Our process

Reviews that are fair to both sides

Buyers deserve the truth about a dealership. Dealers deserve a chance to put a bad day right. Here's exactly how we balance the two.

1. We gather every source

For each dealership we collect reviews from Trustpilot, Reviews.io, Car Dealer Reviews, JudgeService and Google, refresh them daily, and de-duplicate them. Reviews written here sit alongside them. One combined score, calculated across every rated review, not a cherry-picked average.

2. We verify real purchases

Upload an invoice or order form with your review and we check it against the dealership before adding a Verified purchase mark. Your document is stored privately — the dealer never sees it, only our moderators can.

3. Low reviews get a 7-day resolution window

A review of 2 stars or less is not published straight away. It goes privately to the dealer with a 7-day clock and a private message thread. Most complaints are a misunderstanding or a fixable fault, and this gives both sides a chance to sort it out before it becomes permanent.

4. The customer always decides

At the end of the window the reviewer chooses: withdraw it because it was resolved, update it to reflect what happened, or publish it as written. Do nothing and it publishes automatically. Dealers can never delete a review, and every action is recorded in a case log a moderator can audit.
